Sometimes you make mistakes, and I think changing my name was one of them. I had the name In My Bloom for over 3 months, but lately, I’ve been toying with the idea of just going back to the way it was. And so I did! I’ve blogged under the name Oh My Book for so many years, I think I just threw away the name too easily. So now I’ve changed it back and honestly it feels like such a big relieve
Ever since I changed my name to In My Bloom, I feel like it has gone downhill. Especially on my Instagram. I lost more than 200 followers since the day I changed the name. That is crazy! It’s not that I nog changed back just because of that, but let’s just say it’s not really motivating either now is it?! This last week I’ve been thinking a lot about it and I simply came to the conclusion that I really regretted changing Oh My Book. I just had to change back. Well, with a twist, because on Instagram I’m now @ohmybooksandplants instead of ohmybookstagram. Someone suggested this and I really like it, I think it fits my theme perfectly.
In other news, I also started a new blog and Instagram… My very own plant blog. My love for plants is quite obvious and I just wanted a place where I could just spam my plant love. One day I just woke up and thought why don’t I start a blog about plants. I laid here thinking about it and also came up with a name straightaway; Plantenmeisje – which translates to Plantgirl. To my big surprise, he name wasn’t taken yet, so I just decided then and there that I had to do it. The blog was born! So if you love plants, I would love it if you’d take a look on my blog Plantenmeisje.nl and follow my Plantstagram page. The blog is in Dutch though.
I’m so relieved that I’ve now taken this decision. I feel inspired again to blog more and post more pictures on Instagram. So expect loads of content on here!
